Model Railroading

Ever since I got a wooden Thomas the Tank Engine set as a child, I've been immersed in the world of Model Railroading. There's a decent overlap between level design and building layouts, watching trains go by or players complete levels. As a hobby, Model Railroading gives me the opportunity to explore a ton of additional skills outside my regular work; woodworking, electronics, painting, model making, video editing; as well as practicing communication, teamwork, and conflict resolution.

I participate in two clubs that both bring modular setups to a variety of shows in their area, and have gotten to meet many wonderful people and go to so many amazing places thanks to this hobby!
